As a HR Business Partner, I leverage my 15+ years of experience and SHRM-SCP credential to deliver effective and innovative people solutions for multiple key stakeholders that I partner with and support them to achieve their strategic goals, improve profitability, revenue growth, and enhance organizational efficiency and performance.
I also provide professional HR advice, coaching, and support to line managers and employees on various HR matters, such as talent management, employee relations, labor relations, change initiatives, and conflict resolution. I function as a partner and confidante to my client groups, and work to address any issues identified with professionalism and confidentiality. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, engagement, and development for all. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my girlfriend, friends with us recently becoming players of pickleball, we like to travel, and explore yummy food around the world.
